The newly created parks will also safeguard 400 species of plants, including 80 species of annual wildflowers such as the iconic mulla mulla and everlastings, and more than than 150 species of animals, including rare species like the peregrine falcon, rainbow bee-eater and Western pebble-mound mouse.
